Marketing your brand online is as simple as it is tricky. Although there are many avenues to explore and employ, the competition is fierce and you will need to position yourself cleverly and with immense vigour.

    Your website is therefore the most important representation of your brand and without it you will have a hard time building or improving it.

  2. Online advertising: If you have a website that portrays your brand successfully you should focus on leading traffic here. Invest in banner ads on third party websites, pay per click (PPC) ads and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to boost visitors.

  3. Online communication: Create relevant and interesting content that will lead people to your site and use Social Media networks such as Facebook and Twitter to market this content.

    Running a blog and sending out email marketing to a subscribed database is also an excellent way to get information across and build relationships.
