Switched on Selling

• Lack of sales is most often not caused by a lack of knowledge, but by the inability to apply the knowledge we already have, which dampens our passion for selling.
• If our brain is switched off for certain aspects of the sales process, we will not/cannot do this task, even if we have the knowledge. E.g. if our brain is switched off for cold calling, we will avoid this task. When we do eventually phone, we do it as little as possible.

This course is unique because it doesn’t teach any sales techniques,
but switches the brain on for selling instead!

• To switch the brain on for all the different aspects of selling, so the participants can apply the knowledge they already have, which also increases the enjoyment of selling.
• To increase sales and the quality of service given to clients
• To enable participants to learn new sales skills easier, if this is needed, because the brain is now switched on.
• To have tools overcome challenges and setbacks.

This course is applicable to all people who are in a management position, who run their own business and also for those amongst us who run their homes.

When the management of a company works well, the company increases their efficiency. When the brain is switched off for one or more aspects of being a manager, their performance will be seriously compromised.

This course is unique because it doesn't teach any management techniques,
but switches the brain on for management instead!

• To switch the brains on of managers so they can apply the knowledge they already have.
• To increase the enjoyment of being the manager
• To create strong leaders
• To enable managers to also perform the harder aspects of management, e.g. instilling discipline and staff dismissal
