Daily Word – Monday 22 December 2008

For a child has been born—for us!
   The gift of a son—for us!
He'll take over
   the running of the world.
His names will be: Amazing Counselor,
   Strong God,
Eternal Father,
   Prince of Wholeness.
His ruling authority will grow,
   and there'll be no limits to the wholeness He brings   [Isaiah 9:6-7 The Message]

Jesus came into this world for us! To make us whole and to give us the true love joy and peace that will never be found in the glitz and glamour of this world!

So during this Christmas season relax, and allow the Love of God to permeate your whole being.

Whether you give and receive gifts or not is of no real importance, for the greatest gift ever given was the gift of the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and if we have Him in our lives what more do we need?

Have a wonderful Christmas and a God filled New Year!!!!
