Daily Word – Tuesday 27th April 2009

'My people will no longer be afraid or terrified, not a single one of them will be lost or missing.' says the Lord.   Jeremiah 23:4

I love this promise of Gods --- there are days I feel afraid and days I feel I have ‘lost the plot’

There are times I feel like a missing person who God has forgotten, and there are days the future terrifies me,

But in all this I have learnt that I cannot rely on my feelings --- but I can rely on Gods Word.

Our feelings change with our circumstances and situations, but nothing changes God or His promises.

Wherever we are --- whatever we are doing --- God sees us --- knows us --- understands us --- and loves us.

So yes there may be days that our feelings overwhelm us --- but Gods love will always come through and restore peace to our hearts
