Love in the Present

How many of us will fail to live today to the fullest because we are locked into our yesterdays?

How many of us will allow the anger of yesterday, stop us from loving today?

How many of us will let a hurt of yesterday cause us to hurt someone else today?

If we bring our baggage from yesterday into our lives today that baggage will affect everything we think, do and say.

We need to leave the baggage of the day at the feet of Jesus every night and take up instead; His yoke, for He has promised that His yoke is easy and light.

And remember that Gods Word tells us that ‘His mercies are new every morning – everyday ‘IN CHRIST’ is a new beginning.

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
