DAILY WORD - TUESDAY 12^th JANUARY 2010

Genesis 4:7       If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."

Doing things God’s way isn’t always easy, we often feel that we want to please people in order to be accepted by them, and therefore neglect to put God in first place in our lives.

God is not sitting up on a cloud somewhere watching us and waiting till we make a mistake, or ignore Him, but he always has His arms open wide, ready to welcome us with no ulterior motives, but to love us.

God turns all our experiences to the good, blessing not only us but those around us too.

Delight yourselves in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.

What are the desires of your heart today?
