What do we want subconsciously
My client was complaining about how he constantly fights with his mother. In return I asked him "Do you really want to be happy in your relationship with your mother?" With his mouth he said "yes". When I checked (with a muscle check) what he wanted on a subconscious level, I discovered that he doesn't want to be happy? When I asked him if he knew how to be happy in that relationship, the answer was also "No".

I find that many of us, myself included, from time to time are addicted to drama. We love to "suffer", so that we can feel sorry for ourselves and ask for sympathy. It has become our way of life. We always follow the subconscious, so the important question is "How can we change what we want subconsciously?" We can start by asking ourselves the questions I asked my client. If we don't know how to be happy in our situation, we can start thinking about how we could be happy, or have a nice time. While thinking about that, we want to connect with the positive feelings that come with that picture. Movement is also an excellent way to change our subconscious beliefs. Come learn how to change yourself with the Brain & Brawn workshop 9-10 June and/or to the Relationship workshop on 11-12 June.

I have Dr Carla Hannaford's book "Playing in the Unified Field" now in stock. It costs R190.00 excluding postage. Click here to order the book, or drop me a line.

Have fun and take some risks.
