Detox your mind: Clearing the week's clutter from your mind will leave you feeling remarkably refreshed. So, set some time aside this weekend to focus more, on the Lord.

 

OUT WITH THE OLD AND ON WITH THE NEW

 

I find that many times over a weekend, I only have time for me, the radio, the movies, the TV (stupid box) which clutters our mind with worthless information – most times.

 

Why not take the rest of the month and rather than clutter our mind with useless information, take time off and listen to the lord, and let Him wash (Detox) our brains for us.

 

Years ago, I spent more time talking about the Lord, yet now I spend more time talking about a movie, a TV program or even the sport or news.

 

As Gods children, we will never find our answers in the world’s wisdom. In Christ we have all that we need, so we need to balance our time. Balance is not 1% for God, and 99% for ourselves.
