DAILY WORD - WEDNESDAY – 5^th DECEMBER 2007

GALATIONS 5:9 --- AND LET US NOT LOSE HEART AND GROW WEARY AND FAINT IN ACTING NOBLY AND DOING RIGHT, FOR IN DUE TIME AND AT THE APPOINTED SEASON WE SHALL REAP, IF WE DO NOT LOOSEN AND RELAX OUR COURAGE AND FAINT. (amplified)

DON’T GIVE UP!!!!!!

You can never be defeated if you don’t give up. We live in a world that wants ‘instant everything’ a ‘microwave mentality’. Give me, give me, give me, a mind set and attitude that is never satisfied, like a bottomless pit, ever hungry, and never ever content. True peace and joy come only from giving out.  

What we sow is returned to us, pressed down, shaken together and running over. But Gods timing is not ours and too often we also fall into the ‘I want it now’ mindset. The enemy then lies to us with ‘its never going to happen for you’ or ‘God doesn’t care about you’ etc etc. our God is not a man that He should lie, His Word and promises are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. So hang on to that promise from God, it’s on its way to you. And never, never give up!!!

Remember today:  Life and death are in the power of the tongue, choose life. Speak Gods word.

PRAYER – Help me today Lord to hold on to Your Word for my life. Garrison my heart and mind with Your peace, write Your Word on my heart, and help me to speak it out. Help me to take every thought captive and to tear down every lie of the enemy.

AMEN
