And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities,

We are called to encourage one another in love not judgment.

We are called to care for one another not criticize and condemn.

We are called to watch over one another and to stir each other up to good and noble things, not to beak one another down producing feelings of failure and resentment.                

We are called to be followers of Christ, not Pharisees.

So today when someone crosses your path who is weary and broken, don’t tell them all their faults and where they are going wrong, but rather tell them how precious they are to God and show them the love of Jesus.
