"YOUR BODIES ARE MY TEMPLE"

Do we treat our bodies as if they are His temple, because we are the guardians of them?

Our bodies are frail, and without caring for them, they will break and die. If we want the best for our bodies, we must give them the best.

Just as we need to care for and feed our bodies, likewise, we need to do the same for our spirit.

Spend time Talking to God, and in God’s word, eating and caring for your spirit also.

STAY WELL FED AND HEALTHY
