The Lord said to Moses, "Come up to Me on the mountain and stay here."

Exodus 24:12

In order for Moses to get up the mountain he had to walk! God didn’t just transport him there, he had to get up and walk the distance.

Sometimes we want to ‘talk the walk’ but don’t want to ‘walk the talk’, and we wonder why we can’t seem to connect with God.

It is so easy to ‘talk the walk’, so easy to gives others advice on how they should be walking out their Christianity, but are we ‘walking the talk’ we speak into the lives of others?

Let us, before we judge and advise others on how they should live their lives, look hard into our own hearts and acknowledge those things within us that need to be yielded to The Lord.

Remember, where our relationship with God is concerned, surrender always precedes victory, and victory ‘in Christ’ empowers us to ‘walk the talk’
