Precious Prayer Partners,

Below is a prayer request I received from a dear friend and mentor who is about to embark on a missionary trip into Africa. Please join me in covering him with prayer during this time.

Hi Bernard & Christine,

Greetings in Jesus our Lord.

On the attachment I have enclosed the letter I sent to ALL my readers whom I know would either pray, support or contribute to the Cause.

This letter comes to you Christine as a sincere request to intercede for me in the following areas;

1. That the Lord would continually provide the Funds I need for the entire project,

2. For the safety, wellbeing and prosperous nature of my journey from S/West to Lilongwe [in Malawi] and back again to my house;

3. For the easy passage through the 6 Passport and Customs checks I must negotiate on the way to Malawi;

4. For the successful purchase of Chichewa Bibles in Lilongwe for distribution to Pastors etc;

5. For myself and companion to be carried by the Lord in His infinite Grace in ALL the matters in which we are involved on this 2way trip;

6. For my home and family while I am away as well as for Johan Muller who is going with me to JHB to support me in the driving etc.

7. For Bathwell Banda, the Principal of the Pastors Bible College in Lilongwe, who is coming down to JHB where I will meet him, and then we journey together to his home in Lilongwe.

I know this looks like a long list Christine but the Holy Spirit will guide you, and those who join you, clearly.

Please be free to offer these requests to other trusted intercessors.

I should be leaving from here on either Thursday (14th Sept) or Friday for JHB, staying for 2 or 3 days and then moving off on the long road.

I should leave Malawi, returning to S/West by 2nd or 3rd Oct.

I am grateful for people like you who care about me and the Kingdom of Jesus. Please give Erica a copy for her info and action.
