DAILY WORD – MONDAY 20 MARCH 2006

So God has given us both His promise and His oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to Him for refuge can take new courage, for we can hold on to His promise with confidence. [Hebrews 6:18]

GODS IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD!

HE IS……….

The Living Stone…….. So why do we go to the ‘philosophers stone’ (mans perception of life

                                       and its origins) for wise council?

The Tree of Life………. So why to we go to the tree of knowledge (mans perception of what’s

                                       good and evil) for direction for our lives?

Our perceptions can be our greatest deceptions! Remember facts are not necessarily truth!

Facts change ---- Truth remains!

We need to look to the Saviour not the season!

We can take refuge in the truth of Gods awesome promises in the midst of the worst of seasons. His promise and His oath remain forever, and He has promised………….

To never leave or forsake us

To supply all our needs according to His riches in glory

That His grace will be sufficient for us in all circumstances

That no weapon formed against us shall prosper

That He has prepared a place for us, and we shall dwell in His presence forever.

So where are you going for your answers today?

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS IN CHRIST JESUS!
