DAILY WORD – WEDNESDAY 27 DECEMBER 2005

WATCH OUT! DON’T LET YOUR ANGER AT OTHERS LEAD YOU INTO SCOFFING AT GOD! DON’T LET YOUR SUFFERING EMBITTER YOU AT THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DELIVER YOU.  (JOB 35:18)

Don’t let past hurts and offences separate you from the love of God.

Our hurts and disappointments never come from the throne room of God, but from our choices, and the choices others make.

God never forces our decisions, he never takes away our free will. Why then do we expect Him to forcibly stop others from doing thinks that will hurt us?

When we blame God for what the ‘world’ has done to us we turn away from the only place where we can go to find comfort, healing and restoration.

Determine not to expect Christians to be perfect. Don’t judge God by the actions of Christians around you. All of Gods children are at different levels of maturity; many still have old areas of hurt in their lives that they haven’t given over to the Lord yet. Hurting people hurt people, God doesn’t!

Anger and unforgiveness towards others will cause you to hurt someone else, and you will become the very thing you hate.

Choose to keep a tender heart, let Gods love and peace surround your heart and mind, protecting you from the snares of the enemy.

Bitterness enslaves us!

Love empowers us!

Don’t impose legalism on others and then expect grace from God!

Love (Gods love in us) never fails!

RUN TO THE LORD, HE IS ALL YOUR ANSWERS, EMBRACE THE ‘LIVING WORD’ NOT THE ‘WORLD’!

Have a giving and forgiving Wednesday.

Much love
