ORGANIZE YOUR KITCHEN IN 10 MINUTES!
1. Clear all couter tops of unwanted items, find a suitable home for the items or get rid of them if you are no longer going to use them.
2. Open your fridge. Check expiry dates on items, and throw out the expired goods. All left over foods that you are no longer going to use should also be thrown out. Wipe the shelves and door racks.
3. Most of us have a junk drawer in our kitchens. Look through the items in this drawer and throw away all items that you will not use, or have not used in the last three months.
4. Spices. Again check expiry dates, get rid of expired items and also of the spices that you have not used in the last six months.
5. Check your glasses, cups and dinnerware for chips and cracks. Get rid of the items you no longer use.
Make this a weekly routine and your 10 minute organizing spree will shortly shrink to five minutes. The secret to staying organized not only in your kitchen but also in any other room is to do just a little bit every day. |
