Do you think that it is healthy to fill our heads with negative thoughts the whole day?
Fact is that if you are falling into the "category" of negative thinkers, it is not that there is something wrong with you, it is simply your brain that was programme this way, by previous happenings in your life.
The good news is that you have the power within yourself to "re-program" your thoughts and getting rid of the traps that you created.
First think to do: Take note of what you are thinking. For one day take a notepad with you and make notes of the thoughts that you are thinking. By the end of the day you should have a good idea if they are mostly negative or the opposite.
Secondly: Ask yourself: What am I focussing on? Am I constantly thinking what I do not want to happen or am I focussing on positive things that I want to happen.
Thirdly: Train yourself to STOP negative thoughts and start thinking positively.
