ARTICLE TITLE: Quick Tip - Magazines 01/25/10, 12:05 PM

Author: Trudie du Plooy for Caterpillar Organizing

Dear Reader,

One of my goals this year is to really empower my subscribers to be better organizing in all areas of their lives. One way of doing that is to on a weekly basis send you Quick Tips. This won't be a very long e-mail, and will include a quick tip for organizing your problem areas. If there is any specific areas in your home, office or in general that you would want me to concentrate on, please let me know.

Quick Tips - Magazines

Many of us are in a routine to buy magazines weekly or monthly, but what happens to them after that. I have seen piles and piles of magazine stacked into every corner of closets etc. Use these tips to make your piles smaller.

1. Most magazines advertise the top articles on the front page. When you go out shopping and the front page does not catch your attention, DON'T buy it.

2. Talk to your friends and start a magazine rotating club, you will then have the oppertunity to share this with your friends, plus save money, bacause you are making turns to buy the magazines.

3. Only have one pile of five magazines in you home. When you buy the sixth one, throw out the oldest magazine. You can always remove the articles that you would like to keep for references.

Hope this will help.

Best Regards,

Trudie
