We have set outcomes for our goals and we have changed our goals into SMART goals. Now it is time to put that goal into you future.
I am sharing a NLP technique with you, this is also part of my Personal Breakthrough Sessions.
Step 1: Write down " What is the last thing that has to happen so you know you got it(your goal)?
Step 2: Once you have an answer to step 1, close your eyes and image that happening. Make the picture in you mind brighter, make the noises louder, feel what is happening around you. Make sure you are seeing this through your own eyes.
Step 3: Now step out of you body so you are looking at yourself inside this picture in your mind.
Step 4: Take your hand in the picture and float to the place in the future where your deadline is.
Step 5: Now let go of your hand and see yourself floating down in time to the time where your goal is finalized.
Step 6: Now notice the events between then and now re-evaluate themselves to support your goal.
Ste 7: Open your eyes, take a deep breath and slowly breath out through your mouth. |
