Stedman Graham is the Chairman and CEO of S. Graham & Associates, a management and marketing consulting company that specializes in the corporate and educational markets. Clients include Jamba Juice, Apollo Group, Wells Fargo, CVS Pharmacies, the Philadelphia Public School District, the Houston Public School District and the U.S. Department of Labor. Graham has authored ten books including two New York Times Bestsellers including You Can Make It Happen: A Nine Step Plan for Success and Teens Can Make It Happen: Nine Steps to Success.
As a Businessman, Educator and Speaker, Graham’s workshops and programs are rooted in his proprietary Nine Step Success Process, a life management and learning system that teaches you how to organize your life around your identity. Graham says that many of us spend years trying to find out who we are and, sadly, too many of us never do. If we fail to define ourselves, we risk letting others define us by our race, gender, and background. We buy into labels that keep us in a box and, as a result of those limitations, never realize our greatest potential.
Graham is a former adjunct professor of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and serves as a distinguished visiting professor at several universities around the United States. Active in philanthropic community work, he serves on the national board of Junior Achievement and is the founder of Athletes Against Drugs, a non-profit organization of athletes and other civic leaders committed to developing leadership in underserved youths.
Graham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Hardin Simmons University and a Masters Degree from Ball State University, and an honorary Doctorate in Humanities from Coker College where he also serves as a distinguished visiting professor. |
