LYNN BAKER is a Certified World Class Speaking Coach, a title that she is proud of, in an industry that she is passionate about. Lynn has spent more than 30 years in businesses large and small and recently completed a 10 year contract with Tsogo Sun, where she was responsible for launching, marketing and managing Montecasino Corporate Events in Johannesburg and Suncoast Corporate Events in Durban, both of which are now highly successful businesses. Lynn is currently a Public Speaking Coach to many of South Africa’s Executives and Sales and Marketing professionals. LYNN’s passion lies in sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained during her career from working in corporates internationally, to running her own business and finally managing a multi-million rand contract for one of SA’s most successful companies.  Women of the New Millennium & Other Lies presentation is a lighthearted look at the lessons learned from being a working Mother in a high powered business and balancing the roles of parenthood and a successful career.  Women today are under enormous pressure to perform in every area of their lives and of all the training we receive in business, none of it shows us how to manage the chaos we are experiencing just trying to survive our mountain of responsibilities. Although women cannot offload their responsibilities, they can learn to manage them more effectively and live happier and more abundant lives.  This presentation will make women laugh and possibly even dance, it may even make them cry, but in the end, they would have had some fun and learned some valuable lessons on how to get a handle on the chaos we experience as business women today.
