Any faults or queries in respect of the Netbook must be communicated with
Samsung using the contact details provided with the product. The Netbook
carries a warranty of 1 (one) year subject to the warranty terms and
conditions of the manufacturer. The subscriber acknowledges that the
Netbook may come with embedded software and any software agreements will be
concluded between the Subscriber and the software provider. Ownership of
any hardware will pass to the Subscriber upon completion of the contract
chosen. The Subscriber waives the right to cancel the agreement within 7
(seven) days. General Terms and Conditions: All prices include VAT.
Subscription subject to a once-off activation fee of R99 for iBurst and a
R175 fee for HSDPA contracts. Pro rata payment will be debited with the
