Puncturesafe is liquid polymer gel, which is injected inside the tyre and helps prevent flat tyres and slow punctures.
Puncturesafe is installed in minutes through the tyre valve and without having to remove the wheels. With the movement of the vehicle, Puncturesafe will completely coat the inner surface of the tyre with a thin uniform coating. Once installed, Puncturesafe is then on guard, sealing any punctures "as they happen"

Environmentally friendly
Puncturesafe is a water based, non toxic and does not contain the very lethal anti-freeze ‘Ethylene Glycol’ normally found in these types of products, and is therefore one of the safest puncture preventatives available today. Puncturesafe is an environmentally friendly product that will improve your carbon footprint and; because it is water soluble, it can easily and quickly be removed from a tyre.
A single Puncturesafe treatment will:
- Not affect wheel balance due to its unique gel compound
- Permanently seal punctures caused by objects up to 6mm in diameter (15 mm objects with the extra heavy duty grade), providing there is no structural damage to the tyre
- Reduce porosity and under-inflation which caused excessive heat build-up leading to reduced tyre life
- Controls most blow outs
- Improves fuel economy
- Helps the inner tyre run cooler which helps extend tyre life
