Over the last year, DiaMatrix has been committed to expanding and improving our network and infrastructure to ensure that our customers have reliable and affordable hosting. DiaMatrix has implemented numerous redundancies and security policies in our network and infrastructure which has allowed us to maintain the highest possible uptime. We are proud that Thursday, 2nd April 2009 marks the milestone of 100% uptime over the past year*. The 100% uptime is an awesome achievement which we are very proud of. New Feature Announcement!

Dear All Members

DiaMatrix / MyListManager are planning to roll out several major features this month, March 2009. The first being User Accounts which we released today. This enables you to create sub-ordinate users who can log into your account with limited rights and privileges and administor your Mailings and Broadcasts. To create or manage your Users, select My Users from the Edit menu. There is no limit to the number of Users you can create. You'll find a vast array of rights and privileges you can assign to each User, however at this time we've deliberately left out the ability to assign Mailing Lists to Users. That is, each User will have access to all of your Mailing Lists.

In the very near future, DiaMatrix / MyListManager will be releasing our new Affiliate System which will see you earning cash and credits towards your account without lifting a finger. Over the last few years many clients and non clients have asked me how they grow their mailing lists. There are many ways of doing this but the simplest is to add a subscription form to your website.

Yesterday I decided to do something interesting. Every time I went to a website (I visit between 80-120 p/d when people ask me to look at things) I decided to see how many have subscription forms to newsletters on their websites. The number was staggeringly low, only approximately 13% of the websites I looked at yesterday has some type of newsletter or subscription form.

Newsletter Subscription Forms on your website is probably the most powerful tool in growing your database. Here is just a small example. If you have 100 people visiting your website per day and only 30 sign up to this newsletter (the average subscription rate is 30% when giving away free tips and added value) that means that your data base will grow by 30 subscribers per day, 210 per week or an average of 900 per month.

Once a person has subscribed you can then use email marketing effectively, adding value, building up a relationship will turn to sales. Start somewhere, put a newsletter subscription on your website.

A very interesting feature is that as a Subscriber you can "Rate & Comment" on all articles
Easily publish your articles to FaceBook, Digg, Del.icio.us, StumbleUpon, Twitter Etc

DiaMatrix is proud to announce the new version of MyListManager. Quite honestly I don't really know where to start as there are so many new features and functionality that it's really difficult to start. However in saying that, I am going to try writing it all in the DiaMatrix / MyListManager Blog.

Once you log in to your account you will see a totally revamped look & feel, this was done to make navigation much easier and also prepare the system for the functionality to come.
