When creating a newsletter click on the Insert Survey Icon in the WYSIWYG editor. You now have the option of either inserting a link to the survey or embedding the survey in the newsletter. Please note that if you have set fields as required we reccomend you use the link option as the scripts the do the validation are removed to accomodate the subscribers e-mail client.
