Navigate to Surveys then to Create Survey, enter a survey name and fields that you would like to be required (only if embedded on a website), click create. On the next page select add a question. When creation a question you have the option of creating a variety of form fields, from radio boxes to text areas.Select your field, enter your question and the answers for your question. Select the flow of the question, either horizontal or vertical, enter any additional information and click add question. The survey will now be available in your WYSIWYG editor when creating your newsletter.
